I am sorry for the delay with your order. We are trying our up most to improve our manufacturing times on the made to measure cues, but we are a small, specialist company and value our reputation of craftsmanship and quality, Due to an unusually large number of made to measure cues that were ordered last year; the difficulty in sourcing ultimate grade timber and the growing popularity of ultimate cues, we have had to unavoidably extend our production time. We are doing our up most to reduce the waiting times whilst still maintaining our high quality. We have greatly increased the number of shafts we are making to give us more of a selection for the higher grade cues. We hope you will understand that although it is frustrating having to wait for your cue, you will in the end be getting a cue made to the very highest standard. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and be assured that you have not been forgotten. We are working as hard as possible to complete your cue as soon as we can.
